NOISE gives the best undiscovered creative talent a platform to gain international recognition, an audience of millions and open up career opportunities.
It provides a portfolio website to showcase talents, network and collaborate with peers, access mentorship from leading industry professionals, find job opportunities, get involved with NOISE projects and events, sell artwork and get involved in the biennial NOISE Festival celebration of creative talent.
The NOISE Festival 2014 officially launched at the prestigious House of Commons on Tuesday 9th September, hosted by Manchester MP Lucy Powell. In attendance were NOISE Festival 2014 Curators Tim Marlow, Andy Bird, Elaine Constantine, Gerald Scarfe, Thris Tian and Doc Brown plus press and MPs, for the announcement and celebration of the winning talent, handpicked from over 5,000 global festival entries.
