UK record label associations AIM and the BPI together with music publishing body MPA have announced their first ever Nigeria music trade webinar, which will take place between 11am – 12.30pm on 19th May, 2021.

This free virtual event, which is expected to attract hundreds of music industry delegates, is presented in partnership with The Department for International Trade (DIT) and the Music is GREAT campaign.

This 90 minute webinar will explore the exciting commercial opportunities for British music businesses in the fast-expanding Nigerian export market.  Attendees will hear from a range of expert speakers from a range of sectors, including the British Deputy High Commissioner in Lagos, Ben Llewellyn-Jones OBE, who will shine a light on different facets of its music economy, including the dynamic recorded and live music sectors. The session will also enable future networking, B2B meetings and other music related activities.

The event, which builds on recent trade mission webinars for India, China, South Korea, Brazil and LA Sync, is open to AIM, BPI and MPA members and to industry and media guests, who can sign up for free here.

Participants include:
